Research Interest:

    My Present research area are as follows: 1. Arsenic in food grains specially in boro rice cultivated with arsenic elevated shallow ground water in Nadia district of West Bengal. 2. Status of pesticides in fruits, vegetables, plantation crops, soil and water in Nadia district of W.B. 3. Bio-remediation of solid wastes and land disposal of industrial waste. 4. Assessment and Management of Sundarban Estuarine Mangrove Environment in the Perspective of Biogeochemistry and its Effects on Climate Change
