- Bioinspired Inorganic Chemistry towards Chemical, photochemical or electrochemical water splitting and transporting the electrons needed for hydrogen production.
- Nano-Magnetism: Synthesis of polynuclear Cluster & cage compounds with tuned structures, development of magnetic materials and towards quantum computation.
- Small molecules like O2 , N2, CO2 activation by Inorganic & Organometallic Compounds.
- High-valent Transition metal-Oxo or nitrido species towards C-H bond activation
- Pd & Rh catalyzed C-C, C-N bond formation & C-H bond activation
